Job Summary:
We are looking for Medical Representatives to help us promote our new range of natural health products based on Ayurveda. If you are passionate about health and enjoy connecting with people, this role might be for you!
Job Responsibilities
Promoting Products:
• Share information about our natural health products with doctors, pharmacists, and clinics through presentations and meetings.
Building Relationships:
• Create and maintain strong connections with key people in hospitals and pharmacies. Be a trusted contact for them.
Achieving Sales Goals:
• Work hard to meet or exceed sales targets in your area and help grow our brand's presence.
Gathering Market Insights:
• Collect feedback from healthcare professionals about our products and keep track of what competitors are doing.
Managing Your Area:
• Plan your daily visits and manage your time to cover all necessary locations effectively.
Reporting:
• Write regular reports about your sales activities and customer interactions to help track performance.
Required Skills
• Experience: Previous experience in medical sales is preferred.
• Communication: Strong speaking and writing skills in English and Hindi to explain product details clearly.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of health products and their benefits.
• Relationship Building: Ability to create positive relationships focused on helping customers.
• Motivation: Self-driven and able to work independently while managing time well.
• Adaptability: Willingness to change strategies based on market feedback.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking sales data and interactions.
