Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Medical Representative to promote and sell our pharmaceutical and healthcare products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other medical professionals. The ideal candidate will establish strong relationships, achieve sales targets, and provide feedback to enhance the organization's product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Promotion:

Promote and sell pharmaceutical, pathology, and wellness products to healthcare professionals.

Explain product features, benefits, and usage to doctors and medical staff.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.

Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Analysis:

Gather market intelligence, competitor analysis, and provide feedback to the sales and marketing team.

Identify new opportunities and market trends to enhance business growth.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on new products, medical research, and industry developments.

Conduct training sessions for healthcare staff to ensure proper product understanding and usage.

Sales Reporting:

Maintain and submit accurate records of sales calls, customer details, and orders.

Prepare and present sales performance reports to the management.

Requirements:

Education:

A degree in Pharmacy, Science, or any related field (B.Sc, B.Pharma preferred).

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales (preferred).

Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Skills:

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Time management and organizational skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
