Promote and sell orthopedic products to healthcare professionals, including surgeons, physicians, and hospitals.
Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, nurses, and procurement teams.
Provide product demonstrations, technical support, and training to healthcare providers.
Meet or exceed sales targets within assigned territories.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, pricing, and delivery.
Attend surgeries or clinical procedures to assist with product usage and troubleshooting.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
Participate in medical conferences, workshops, and trade shows to showcase products.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or related field (preferred).
Strong knowledge of orthopedic products and procedures.
Proven sales experience, preferably in the medical or healthcare field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel extensively and manage a flexible work schedule.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
