Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Medical Representative to promote our Ayurvedic products to healthcare professionals, clinics, pharmacies, and Ayurvedic practitioners. The role involves developing relationships with potential clients, educating them on our product range, and increasing market presence by driving sales and awareness of our pure Ayurvedic and nutraceutical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Product Promotion:
• Promote and sell the company's Ayurvedic medicines and supplements to doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and distributors.
• Educate healthcare professionals on the benefits, usage, and features of Ayurvedic products.
• Market Research & Sales Strategy:
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and clients.
• Develop sales strategies to meet targets in assigned territories.
• Monitor competitor activity and trends in the Ayurvedic industry.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, Ayurvedic clinics, and pharmacy chains.
• Arrange product presentations and distribute samples.
• Resolve any issues and provide after-sales support to retain clients.
• Sales Reporting:
• Regularly report on sales performance, feedback from healthcare professionals, and market insights.
• Maintain a daily and monthly record of calls and sales achieved.
• Compliance & Education:
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Ayurveda, nutraceuticals, and the company's product portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to Ayurvedic products.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Education:
• A degree in BPHARMA /MPHARMA or related field preferred, but a background in life sciences or pharmacy is also acceptable.
• Experience:
• Proven experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical sales, especially in the Ayurvedic or herbal segment, is a plus.
• Communication Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively present the product range to healthcare professionals.
• Sales Acumen:
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
• Self-motivated:
• A go-getter with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
Additional Requirements:
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
• Valid driver's license.
