Key Skills and Competencies: Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service Schedule patient appointments efficiently and accurately Collect and process payments from patients Coordinate with doctors to manage patient care and appointments Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a multi-provider medical practice (mental health experience is a plus) Strong knowledge of medical insurance and billing procedures Proficiency in computer applications and internet usage Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Fun-loving personality with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
