Job Title: Customer Support Executive - Medical Process Job Type: Full Time Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Shift: Night Shift (EST) Job Summary: We are seeking experienced medical office personnel to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced and energetic environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a multi-provider medical group practice. Experience in mental health practice and knowledge of medical insurance and billing processes are highly desirable. Key Skills and Competencies: Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service Schedule patient appointments efficiently and accurately Collect and process payments from patients Coordinate with doctors to manage patient care and appointments Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a multi-provider medical practice (mental health experience is a plus) Strong knowledge of medical insurance and billing procedures Proficiency in computer applications and internet usage Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Fun-loving personality with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?180,000.00 - ?420,000.00 per year
