We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sale Representative (MR) to promote and sell our Medical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, hospitals, vendors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for healthcare, and a strong ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the medical field.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients, including hospitals and healthcare providers.
• Promote and sell medical devices to existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training for customers.
• Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals in assigned territory.
• Effectively communicate product benefits and clinical data.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers.
• Provide post-sale support and respond to customer queries.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Track sales performance and customer interactions.
• Provide regular sales and market feedback.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records.
• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company standards.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in Medical Devices sales (preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and solve customer problems.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare systems.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
