We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Medical Representative. As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical or medical products to healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. Your primary goal will be to increase product awareness, generate sales, and ensure customer satisfaction within your assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
• Promotion and Sales: Effectively promote and sell our pharmaceutical or medical products to healthcare professionals by presenting product information, benefits, and features.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Market Analysis: Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Territory Management: Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize sales and market penetration within your assigned territory.
• Product Training: Stay updated on product knowledge, medical information, and industry developments to provide accurate information and training to healthcare professionals.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data using CRM tools or other reporting systems.
• Compliance: Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales and promotional activities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales management, and medical affairs to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, or healthcare-related field preferred of at least 2 years.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with healthcare professionals.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
