As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in scaling and growing our diagnostics business in your territory. You will have the opportunity to approach doctors and showcase the potential of incremental business by partnering with Bilasa Advance Diagnostics. Identifying and onboarding high-potential doctors will be one of your key responsibilities, along with motivating existing doctors to generate additional business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scale and grow the diagnostics business in your territory.
- Educate doctors about the potential of incremental business by partnering with Bilasa Advance Diagnostics.
- Identify and onboard high-potential doctors in the region.
- Motivate existing doctors to increase their business with Thyrocare.
- Execute branding initiatives across the territory to drive footfall to diagnostic centers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for doctors, supporting them with operations, diagnostics know-how, and addressing any queries.
- Drive revenue growth and ensure all required reports are submitted within the specified turnaround time.
- Create brand visibility among key opinion leaders (KOL) in the healthcare industry.
Role Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with medical representatives (MR) and the medical equipment used in diagnostics.
- Knowledge of territory sales management and marketing in the pharma sector.
