We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Medical Representative to join our growing team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Gledo Pharma's products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. Your role will be pivotal in expanding the reach of our innovative pharmaceutical solutions and helping improve patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Product Promotion: Effectively promote and detail Gledo Pharma's range of pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and medical staff.
• Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets by actively promoting the company's products, building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to gather insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest product knowledge, industry trends, and medical developments to provide accurate information and address customer inquiries effectively.
• Reporting: Provide regular feedback to management regarding sales performance, customer preferences, and market conditions through reports and sales data.
• Compliance: Ensure all promotional activities and product details comply with industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
Qualifications:
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. A medical or pharmaceutical background is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in medical sales or a related field (freshers may also apply if they have relevant academic qualifications and enthusiasm).
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in [local language(s)] and English is preferred.
