Job Title: Medical Representative
Location: Santacruz (W), Mumbai

Job Summary: Promote and sell pediatric pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including pediatricians, nurses, and pharmacists. Build relationships, understand needs, and provide relevant product information to enhance child patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Promotion:
o Promote pediatric products to healthcare professionals.
o Achieve sales targets.
o Develop sales strategies for pediatric products.
2. Relationship Building:
o Establish and maintain relationships with pediatric healthcare professionals.
o Provide excellent customer service.
3. Product Knowledge:
o Stay informed about pediatric products and industry trends.
o Educate healthcare professionals about product benefits.
4. Market Research:
o Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
o Provide insights for product improvements.
5. Administrative Duties:
o Maintain accurate sales records using CRM software.
o Prepare regular sales reports.
6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or related field. Pediatric healthcare qualifications preferred.
• 3-4years of Sales experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare, with a focus on pediatrics. o Strong communication, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
