On the job training of MR
Manage group events
Monitoring field activities of the team
Effective adequate territorial coverage
Ensuring total coverage as per divisional standards of customers
Checking & controlling of tour plan & deviations as per STP
Ensuring implementation of promotional strategies & utilization of inputs
Suggesting, addition, deletion & restructuring of territory
Ensure effective distribution by proper stockiest management, operations, strategies & inputs
Doctors group meet : Basic groundwork like selection of doctor, selection of speaker & arrangements
OPD campaigns
Shortlisting of institute, the permission of the superintendent or dean, ensuring inventory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?65,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
