- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
- Sales and Promotion:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Conduct product presentations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the value and benefits of the products.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and promotional events.
- Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain positive and professional relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and key decision-makers.
- Regularly visit medical offices, clinics, and hospitals to promote products and provide information.
- Market Analysis:
- Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback.
- Provide feedback to the company on market trends, customer needs, and product improvements.
- Customer Education:
- Educate healthcare professionals on the proper use, dosage, and administration of products.
- Provide training and information to medical staff as needed.
- Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements related to the pharmaceutical industry.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and regulatory affairs, to support overall business objectives.
