Job Summary:•
The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting and selling healthcare products to doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and other relevant healthcare professionals. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with the appropriate product information and support to drive sales growth.
•Key Responsibilities:•
- •Product Promotion:• Promote and educate healthcare professionals about the company's products, including nutraceuticals or other healthcare-related products.
- •Client Relationship Management:• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
- •Sales Achievement:• Meet or exceed sales targets as set by the company, ensuring that product placement and sales growth are aligned with company objectives.
- •Market Research:• Gather and report on market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback to assist in the development of sales strategies.
- •Product Knowledge:• Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, their features, benefits, and appropriate usage, as well as staying updated on industry trends and new product developments.
- •Territory Management:• Plan and execute daily visits to healthcare professionals, manage time effectively to cover the assigned territory, and ensure maximum reach and impact.
- •Documentation and Reporting:• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes. Regularly report progress and insights to the Sales Manager.
- •Compliance:• Adhere to all industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in the promotion of products.
•Qualifications:•
- •Education:• Bachelor's degree, or diploma in Pharmacy, or a related field.
- •Experience:• Previous experience in sales or the healthcare industry is a plus, but not mandatory. Fresh graduates with the right attitude and enthusiasm are welcome to apply.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and confident in making presentations and closing sales.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry trends.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver's license with a two wheeler.
