Position: Medical RepresentativeJob Location:Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh.Package : Up to 20% hike on the present package.Contract Details:This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.:We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Medical Representative to join our team in Visakhapatnam, AP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our Ophthalmologic products to healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.Key Responsibilities:- Promote and sell Indoco Remedies Ltd products to doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies in the assigned territory- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to increase product awareness and sales- Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities to promote and educate on Indoco Remedies Ltd products- Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and other promotional events- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales, customer interactions, and market data- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies- Provide timely and accurate reports to the management team on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activitiesQualifications:- Bachelor\'s degree in Pharmacy, or B.Sc- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry- Strong knowledge of the local healthcare market and regulatory environment- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareUpto 20% hike on Existing Package.
