Promote a portfolio of specialized hospital products across infection control, oncology safety, and tracheostomy care.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including doctors, department heads, biomedical engineers, infection control teams, and purchase authorities.
Conduct product demonstrations, sampling, and training sessions with clinical teams.
Identify and convert key accounts in corporate chains, tertiary hospitals, and government institutes.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to position products effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, tender participation, and after-sales support.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum
2 years of field sales experience
in the healthcare/medical device industry.
Prior experience working with
corporate hospitals
and/or
government medical institutions
is
mandatory
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across Karnataka.
Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or related fields preferred.
