Job Summary:

The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists. The role involves educating healthcare providers on the benefits and uses of the products, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships within the healthcare community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Promotion:
• Promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
• Schedule appointments and meet with potential and existing customers to discuss products.
• Deliver product presentations and educational sessions to healthcare providers.
• Relationship Building:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
• Act as a trusted advisor and maintain regular contact with healthcare professionals.
• Market Research:
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
• Gather and report market intelligence to the sales and marketing teams.
• Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies when promoting products.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Target Achievement:
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize growth.
• Education and Training:
• Continuously update knowledge on the company's products, as well as new treatments and therapies in the medical field.
• Participate in training programs and workshops as required.
• Other Requirements:
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
