Medical Representative
Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Onboarding new doctors in the defined territory.
- Retaining onboarded doctors and fostering strong relationships.
- Conducting a minimum of 6-7 visits per day, with a target of meeting at least 5 doctors.
- Assuming responsibility for the entire assigned territory.
- Driving patient conversion through effective collaboration with doctors.
- Conducting Continuous Medical Education (CME) and In Clinic (OPD) camps
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in doctor/patient onboarding, with a preference for candidates with a background in Gynecology
- Mandatory field sales experience
- Willingness to relocate to the assigned territory
- Strong communication skills.
