Job Description

1.Conduct thorough market research to understand the needs and preferences of the target audience.

2.Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the IVF Centre's services in the assigned regions.

3.Conduct daily visits to doctors, clinics, and hospitals to promote the IVF Centre's services, actively seek and generate referrals from healthcare professionals to drive patient volume to the IVF Centre.

4.Plan and execute local events, seminars, workshops, and health camps to promote the Centre's services.

5.Manage local digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.

6.Represent the IVF Centre at local events, conferences, and meetings to promote services and gather market insights.

7.Distribute brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials in strategic locations within the community.

8.Act as a liaison between the IVF Centre and the local community.

9.Maintain a database of potential and existing clients, track interactions, and follow up to convert leads into clients.

10.Prepare and submit regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and market feedback.

11.In-depth knowledge of the local area and the healthcare providers within it.

Requirement-
1.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

2.Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the fertility or medical sector.

3.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

4.Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

5.Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

6.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

7.This position involves frequent travel to meet with doctors and other healthcare professionals.

8.The Marketing Representative will be based at the IVF Centre but will spend a significant amount of time in the field of their assigned location.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
