Roles & Responsibilities:
• Promote and detail the company's pharmaceutical or healthcare products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
• Cover the assigned territory and plan regular visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to promote product awareness.
• Meet or exceed sales targets assigned by the company within the designated territory.
• Monitor product sales performance and report progress regularly to the manager.
• Educate healthcare professionals on the appropriate use of products and answer technical queries related to the product.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, product orders, and client interactions.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree (In Pharma or related field is an added advantage).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a similar role are encouraged to apply.
Skills required:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of the pharmaceutical/medical industry.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
Other Requirements:
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Two Wheeler.
