Pranshi Pharmaceuticals is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the role of Medical Representative, welcoming freshers to join our dynamic team. As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting our pharmaceutical products, and contributing to sales growth within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting product presentations to healthcare professionals and effectively communicating the benefits of our pharmaceutical offerings.

2. Building and maintaining positive relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare practitioners to generate product awareness and foster brand loyalty.

3. Achieving sales targets through strategic planning, regular follow-ups, and effective utilization of promotional materials.

4. Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights for business growth.

5. Providing accurate and timely reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Pharmacy, Life Sciences, etc.) - Freshers are encouraged to apply.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with healthcare professionals effectively.

3. High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to sales.

4. Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
