- Sales target achievements - monthly/quarterly / Yearly for Volume, growth productivity.
- Implementation of all sales and marketing activities assigned by RSM/PMT
- Ensure complete compliance of distribution processes activities i.e. maintaining adequate inventories at the distributor level, the timely placing of distributor orders, timely payment follow up
- Ensure daily doctors, chemists and distributors call as per the norms fixed by management.
- Daily retail audit and updating data for developing a profiled customer list of territory.
- Developing KOLs - I Way Doctors, customers conversions for expanding MS and revenues.
- Daily reporting THROUGH CBO ERP(App for Mobile)
- Coordinating organizing round table meetings and other CRM activities as per plan.
