Key Responsibilities \xe2\x97\x8f Create the strategy for local outreach that ensures effective coverage of the area. \xe2\x97\x8f Understand and devise the product pitch of Amaha brand for effective promotion. \xe2\x97\x8f Maintain & Update Doctors Data Management & Outreach database \xe2\x97\x8f Ensure track of the competition and suggest strategies to effectively counter competition. \xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with Corporate Marketing Team along with Sales Leadership to form the Outreach & Sales strategy with the goal of achieving the revenue target of the centre \xe2\x97\x8f Conceptualise new initiatives for increasing sales and top of mind recall potential for patients/customer \xe2\x97\x8f Establish and form Brand tie ups & partnership for those that complement our brand \xe2\x97\x8f Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing activities runs smoothly \xe2\x97\x8f Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates \xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate with Corporate Marketing Team for Hospital\xe2\x80\x99s marketing requirement (Development of collaterals, article published in media, highlights of department). \xe2\x97\x8f Organise webinars, workshops, conferences or trainings basis Hospital\xe2\x80\x99s requirement You should apply if you: \xe2\x97\x8f Have 2 - 3 years of years Hospital /Pharma Sales Experience \xe2\x97\x8f Have a Bachelor\'s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Mass Comm. , Advertising or similar fields \xe2\x97\x8f Have strong written and verbal communication skills \xe2\x97\x8f Adequate knowledge of user data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc) \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication and presentation skills What is it like working at Amaha?
