The Medical Representative will play a crucial role in promoting our oncology products and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Promotion of Oncology Products:
Effectively promote Symbion Life Science\'s oncology products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, oncologists, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.
Conduct product presentations, detailing sessions, and educational programs to increase awareness and understanding of our products.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information on product features, benefits, and indications.
Territory Management:Customer Relationship Management:Market Intelligence and Reporting:Qualifications:
Develop and implement territory-specific action plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Identify key healthcare professionals and opinion leaders in the territory and establish strong professional relationships with them.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges in the territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals through regular visits, interactions, and follow-ups.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and product-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Gather market intelligence and feedback on competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance using CRM systems.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor insights to management.
Bachelor\'s degree in Pharmacy, or related field.
Previous experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry & Oncology division is preferred.
Strong understanding of oncology products and the pharmaceutical market.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.Category
