Job Title: Medical Recruiter
Job Responsibilities:
• Fulfill open positions for hospitals and medical partners by sourcing, screening, and placing qualified healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive candidate database for current and future vacancies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet revenue goals through successful candidate placements.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, addressing customer queries, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
• Coordinate with hospital HR teams to ensure alignment on candidate placements and requirements.
Skills & Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in medical recruiting or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple placements and candidate relationships simultaneously.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and roles is a plus.
• Proven ability to meet placement and revenue targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
