We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Record Reviewer & Summarizer to join our Firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reviewing and analyzing medical records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to relevant regulations.Candidate Profile:
- Review and analyze medical records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Ability to analyze a case of medical malpractice, personal injury, and mass tort cases.
- Look at each individual medical record to check for missing documentation.
- Candidate should have completed any of the following degrees: BDS, B-Pharm, D-Pharm, BSc/MSC Nursing, Biotechnology, Microbiology.
- Ability to understand and summarize the records in chronological order.
- Creating precise and informative medical summaries of patients.
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Fresher/1+ years on experience as a medical record reviewer
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime pay
