Job Description
ICD 10 Revision and international classification of Disease WHO.
Medical Record Department including the inpatients and outpatient
Open & close audit according NABH & JCI
Knowledge of the technical area of a Medical Record
Maintain Hospital statics as per MCI norms
Daily updating the medical superintendent and RMO regarding the out patients and in-patient
Taking daily rounds of the wards to check inpatient status
Diploma in Medical record Technology
