COVERED AREA : CASUALTY,

To take overall in charge of the emergency department in the shifts. Initial assessment in emergency shall be completed within 1 hour for all cases

Ensure all admissions at the casualty shall be under appropriate consultants and no ambiguity after admission among consultant.

Ensure Patients shall be seen, treated and admitted to an inpatient bed from Casualty within 4 hours

Ensure Patients shall be discharged only after complete evaluation within 4 hours of presentation from casualty.

The Proper communication and documentation process should be recorded100% execution of consultant's orders - medications, investigations in the casualty within time.Every AMA case should be attended and counseled.

AMA cases should be tracked on daily basis.100% shifting protocol to be observed while transferring both adult & pediatric patients to the wards.

documentation errors in case sheets - MLC, Initial assessments, investigations, credit billing and pharmacy indent.

To reduce the number of cancellation of diagnostics / investigations / medication requests, double entry etc.,To draft and test the major incidents plan.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
