Address : AT/P.O - Theruballi, Dist: Rayagada-765018, Bhubaneshwar
Timing : 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
( will have to be available in emergency )
working day : Mon to Sat
experience : 10 yrs
Accomodation will be provided
Remark : Doctor should be fluent in Odiya ( Oriya ) language
