:Job SummaryCMO will be responsible for delivering the highest quality of medical care in emergency and non-emergency situations, ensuring that Occupational Health Centre staff adhere to required safety standards and have the skills necessary to deliver the best possible relief to the team.Key Responsibilities1.Adhere to the budget approved by the management.2.To keep track of procurement of medical accessories required at NPL.3.Develop and implement strategies for all staff members to follow regarding disease management and case management.4.Wellness and Engagement Schemes Design and Roll-out5.Liaison with Hospitals that can cater to the medical requirements of NPL employees.6.To ensure that all healthcare regulations and safety standards are met (e.g., Compliance of Factories Act)7.To maintain clinical standards for emergency and non-emergency activities.8.To ensure proper upkeep of OHC, including its administration and maintenance. Formulating SOPs to be followed by OHC9.Coordinate and liaison with Government and other medical bodies, Health Care Institutions10.Maintain annual medical records of all NPL Employees.11.To ensure that employees receive the highest standard of medical care.12.Responsible for proper relief to the employee in need of medical attention.13.Responsible for Medical Advisory to the Senior Management.14.To carry out Health Check-Up of employees once a year.15.To carry out half yearly medical check-ups of workers before gate pass process.16.Maintain the OHC facility up to date with the recent developments in Health Care.17.Identify and define new and innovative strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.18.Training / Awareness programs for preventive medical concepts to Medical and Non-Medical Staff.
