Symbiosis University Hospital & Research Centre is a 900 bedded Multi-Super Specialty Hospital, Lavale, Pune requires:

Position: Medical Officer Quality

Qualification: MBBS/ BAMS/BHMS with, MBA Healthcare Management, MHA+ course in NABH assessor

Should be fluent in English, Marathi and Hindi. Posses excellent communication, presentation and co-ordination skills. Should posses good computer skills in excel, power point, word , data analysis.

Experience: Experience 2+ yrs from hospital industry in Quality department including clinical experience.

Shifts : General shift, Alternate Saturday off

Key Responsibilities :

Some of Major Duties

Clinical audit Clinical Documentation compliance - Collection & Analysis of Patient Reported outcome & Patient reported experience measures MRD files audits Clinical dept SOPs, policies, clinical guidelines Monitoring & investigating adverse events, medical errors, patient safety incidents Implementation of infection control strategies & safety protocols Organising training programmes for doctors on quality and safety Analysis of indicators, data, compliance metrics co-ordinating with clinical, non clinical teams, quality improvements etc etc
