Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Network Alliance/Medical Network professional.

Establishing a strong and robust medical network system to provide the distinguished medical services and enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.

Building a customer centric service culture within the organization through a dynamic and process oriented operations and administrative team

Timely re - orientation to Medical Network providers with respect to processes

Maintaining track for Empanelment of medical centres across South also travelled for empanelment of medical centres for Karnataka.

Coordinating with Diagnostic centre / medical centre to schedule appointment for clients in Pan India for various insurance companies.

Maintaining bills related to basic amenities.

Ensured to maintain good rapport with external customers.

Qualifications

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work well in a team and independently

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus

Experience: 3-6 years
