We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Lead to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing medical and scientific leadership across our projects, ensuring the highest standards of medical content development and strategic guidance in the healthcare domain.
Responsibilities:

#### Medical Content Leadership:

• Provide strategic oversight and leadership in the development of medical content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including medical writers, scientists, and project managers, to deliver high-quality content aligned with project objectives.

#### Clinical and Scientific Expertise:


• Serve as a subject matter expert in the healthcare field, offering insights and guidance on medical aspects related to projects and initiatives.
• Conduct literature reviews and stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to inform project strategy and content development.

#### Project and Team Management:


• Lead and mentor a team of medical professionals, providing direction, support, and guidance in project execution and career development.
• Manage project timelines and resources effectively to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
• Knowledge of emails, e-detailers, slide decks, print documents for marketing, and content assets popularly used for HCP communication

#### Stakeholder Collaboration:


• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and external experts to ensure alignment of medical strategies with business goals and regulatory standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to enhance project outcomes and credibility.

#### Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and compliance standards in all medical content and communications.
• Review and approve medical content for accuracy, scientific integrity, and ethical considerations.
