Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented DMLT fresher to join our healthcare team. As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for conducting routine medical laboratory tests and procedures to assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to apply their skills in a clinical setting and grow within the healthcare industry.

ROLES & RESPOSIBILITIES

• Data management: Update and manage all systems and database keeping the high level of work quality .
• Management skills: Maintain good relations between the team and management.
• In-Office responsiblities:Keep all equipments and working areas neat and clean.
• Campaign Duties: Perform Fibro Touch Scans in campaigns in different cities.
• Extensive Travelling: have to travel different to cities with the equipment and perform tests.
• Campaign Data : keep all the campaign data and monitor all campaign activites.Perform all the work in accordance with safety procedures.

SKILLS

• Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and protocols.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work in a structured and organized manner.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and healthcare professionals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in laboratory diagnostic.

QUALIFICATION

• DMLT qualified
• BSC is preferred

SALARY: 18k-22k
