Job Description

Job Overview:

1.0 To perform his/her duties diligently and methodically to analyse specimens allotted to him/her. These specimens are analysed as per procedure for the test.

2.0 Performing routine/specialized test within TAT as per SOP.

3.0 Identifying the problem specimens and escalating to the Manager.

4.0 Daily review of instrument based normal result in the LIMS.

5.0 To analyse internal and external quality assurance specimen/sample.

6.0 To check daily instrument maintenance and trouble shooting of minor instrument problems

7.0 To maintain records of all reports as per QA guidelines

8.0 To receive approval of the Consultant, Supervisor in making decisions in assessing calibration, control and acceptability of analytical runs for all laboratory data.

9.0 Maintain proper storage of specimen/samples as per SOP

10.0 Observing laboratory safety precautions in handing clinical specimens and running of tests

11.0 Abnormal findings/test conditions to be escalated

12.0 Performing routine/specialized test and identifying the problem specimens

13.0 Ensure proper maintenance of material consumption, inventory management and no wastage.

14.0 Result entry in LIMS and rechecked the same by section head.

15.0 Daily Maintenance of Instrument.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
