We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Medical Lab Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will perform various laboratory tests to assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine medical laboratory tests on specimens such as blood, urine, and other body fluids.
• Prepare samples for analysis using automated equipment or manual techniques.
• Perform various laboratory procedures, including hematology, microbiology, clinical chemistry, and immunology.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results by adhering to quality control procedures.
• Record and maintain laboratory data and test results in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Clean and maintain laboratory equipment and work areas according to established protocols.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures in handling hazardous materials and biohazardous waste.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret test results and provide timely and accurate information for patient care.

Qualifications:

• Degree in MLT
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Preferably hold MOH Oman license
• Prometric/Pearson Vue Passed
• Dataflow completed

Pay: ?30,000.00 per month
