Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care:
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and management of NCDs such as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular diseases.
• Adopt a holistic approach to patient health, integrating physical, mental, and social well-being in the treatment plans.
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout their care journey.
• Medical Expertise:
• Conduct thorough medical assessments, diagnostic tests, and provide accurate treatment plans.
• Stay current with advancements in the management of NCDs and other relevant fields to apply the latest evidence-based practices.
• Communication & Collaboration:
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, explaining diagnoses, treatments, and care plans in a clear, empathetic manner.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all patients.
• Technological Proficiency:
• Utilize healthcare technology, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems, telemedicine platforms, and diagnostic tools, to enhance patient care.
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.
• Research & Continuous Improvement:
• Engage in clinical research and continuous learning initiatives to improve patient outcomes and contribute to the facility's mission of innovation in healthcare.
• Participate in case studies, data collection, and quality improvement programs within the facility.

Qualifications:

• Education: MBBS (Medical Bachelor's degree).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on managing NCDs.

Certifications: BLS/ACLS certification is preferred; additional certifications in NCDs or holistic healthcare practices are advantageous.

Shift Timings :
1. 6 am to 10 am and 5pm to 9 pm
2. 9 am to 6 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?20,000.00 per month
