We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing ELT team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities in the regulatory & compliance industry in India, while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Join usRequirementsKey Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Lead the process of medical device registration, ensuring compliance with relevant local and international regulations (e.g., FDA, MDR, CE Mark, etc.).\xc2\xb7 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical device regulations, including any changes or updates.\xc2\xb7 Prepare and submit necessary documentation to regulatory agencies for product registration.Sales & Business Development:\xc2\xb7 Develop and execute sales strategies focused on driving the commercialization of registered medical devices.\xc2\xb7 Identify and develop relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions.\xc2\xb7 Develop and present product training sessions to clients, demonstrating the unique selling points and compliance features of the medical devices.Regulatory & Sales Coordination:\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., quality assurance, legal, and marketing) to ensure alignment between regulatory compliance and market needs.\xc2\xb7 Provide input into the development of sales materials to ensure all information is compliant with regulatory requirements.\xc2\xb7 Monitor competitor products and their compliance with regulations to identify opportunities for the companys product portfolio.Customer Support & Relationship Management:\xc2\xb7 Offer post-sales support to customers, answering queries regarding regulatory compliance, product registrations, and certifications.\xc2\xb7 Manage customer accounts and build long-term relationships by providing comprehensive regulatory and sales support.\xc2\xb7 Work with customers to understand regulatory challenges and help navigate the registration process for new devices when necessary.Required Qualifications:\xc2\xb7 Diploma in pharmacy, Bachelor in pharmacy, Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.\xc2\xb7 1 years of experience in medical device registration and/or sales.\xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of medical device regulations (e.g., MDR, FDA, CE Mark) and product registration processes.\xc2\xb7 Proven track record in sales, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.\xc2\xb7 Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.\xc2\xb7 Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Key Competencies:\xc2\xb7 Understanding of medical device classification, registration requirements, and regulatory pathways.\xc2\xb7 Ability to manage multiple registration projects while driving sales performance.\xc2\xb7 Self-driven and results-oriented with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.\xc2\xb7 Excellent customer relationship management and networking skills.
