Responsibilities :
- Produce quality writing that connects with target audiences, boosts engagement, and enhances brand awareness.
- Conduct in-depth research and convey findings with accuracy by writing high-quality content like product descriptions, user manuals, ad copies, website content, etc.
- Research and understand healthcare topics, including medical conditions, treatments, procedures, and healthcare trends.
- Complete writing assignments within project specifications and deadlines.
- Optimizing content for search engines using keywords, meta tags, and other SEO techniques.
- Revise and edit content before publication.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment and consistency in branding, style, and messaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare content creation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Impeccable use of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines. - Creative and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in web-based research, SEO & Social Media best practices.
- Ability to collaborate with other writers and receive and give feedback.
- Portfolio of relevant writing samples
Key Accountabilities :
1. Create and refine technical information and other various materials for explaining products and services
2. Writing, editing, and publishing engaging content for various social networks
3. Create detailed explanations of complex technical information that are clear, accurate, concise, engaging, and accessible to user personas with both technical and non-technical backgrounds.
4. Author, edit, and publish a wide variety of technical materials that convey the vision and use cases of product and service capabilities.
5. Perform editorial and pre-publication reviews of peer-developed content, providing clear recommendations for improvement in spelling, grammar, and punctuation, as well as clarity and engagement.
6. Skillfully manage multiple competing projects simultaneously, by effectively managing time expectations and dependencies, and prioritizing daily tasks to publish content according to project deadlines.
7. Partner with senior team members and managers to define priorities, plan time required to complete tasks, and identify appropriate tooling needed to complete assignments.
8. Implement comprehensive technical documentation, feedback, and changes whenever possible 9. Create technical documents that convey accurate messaging for the project Requirements:
? Experience in technical writing on different domains
? Proficiency in word processor programs such as Microsoft Word and Google Docs and PDF software such as Adobe Acrobat
? Familiarity with web publication
? Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
? Experience of social media copywriting, blog marketing and SEO best practices
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
