The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medicine or life sciences, combined with exceptional editing skills and a passion for maintaining the integrity of medical information. The Medical Content Editor will be responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of our medical content across various platforms.Key Responsibilities

  • Review and edit medical content for clarity, accuracy, and relevance, ensuring it adheres to the highest editorial standards and is compliant with relevant guidelines and regulations.
  • Collaborate with medical writers, healthcare professionals, and subject matter experts to refine content and verify the factual correctness of medical data.
  • Ensure all content is reader-friendly and tailored to the target audience, which may include healthcare professionals, patients, care givers, or the general public.
  • Apply knowledge of medical terminology and concepts to enhance the quality and credibility of content.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Provide feedback to content creators to improve the quality of submissions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree in a medical or scientific discipline is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience as an editor in a medical or scientific publishing environment.
  • Strong command of the English language and excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Familiarity with medical terminologies, clinical research protocols, and healthcare industry standards.
  • Proficiency in editing software and content management systems.
  • Ability to interpret and summarize complex medical information.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
