We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented 2024 passout students to join our team as Medical Coders. As a Medical Coder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient coding of medical records, contributing to the seamless functioning of healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately code and abstract patient records using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
• Review medical documentation to ensure accurate coding and compliance with regulations.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of patient information.
• Communicate with healthcare providers for clarification and additional information when required.
• Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated with coding guidelines and industry standards.
Requirements:
• Recent graduate (2024) with a degree/diploma in Medical Coding, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?19,988.53 - ?25,104.81 per month
