Job Title:Medical Coder (CPC & HCC Certified)

Location: Malleshwaram, Bangalore

Job Overview:

As a Medical Coder with Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) coding experience, you will be responsible for reviewing medical records and translating clinical documentation into standardized codes for healthcare claims. Your role is critical in ensuring accurate billing, proper reimbursement, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• CPC (Certified Professional Coder) certification required.
• HCC (Hierarchical Condition Category)xperience is preferred.
• Proficient in ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and HCC coding systems.
• - Knowledge of Medicare Risk Adjustment is a plus.
• - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in coding.
• - Good communication skills for collaboration with healthcare providers and billing teams.

Experience

- 6months- 1 years of experience in medical coding (specify any HCC coding experience).

- Experience with healthcare billing software and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

Pay: From ?20,000.00 per month
