Growing together.The EHR project aims to design, develop, and implement a comprehensive electronic health records system that integrates patient data across healthcare providers. This system will enhance patient care by ensuring accurate, real-time access to medical histories, treatments, and diagnostics. The project encompasses requirements analysis, system architecture design, data migration, user training, and adherence to regulatory standards to ensure data privacy and security.Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the accurate processing and completion of Chart Abstraction
• May coordinate others activities. Extensive work experience within own function
• Need ability to manage the team of 25 members
• Adhere to quality improvement initiatives
• Demonstrate increasing productivity to meet minimum requirements while maintaining quality standards
• Special Projects as required

Eligibility
To apply to an internal job, employees must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum duration of 12 months of continuous service in their current grade and position
• Performance rating in the last common review cycle of Meets Expectations or higher
• Not be on any active CAP or active disciplinary actions
• Only SG 23 can apply and moved to SG24

Required Qualifications:

• Life science graduation is minimum
• Certified coder through AAPC or AHIMA. Certifications acceptable CPC, CCS
• Deep experience of Epic application and ability to coordinate with client related to Epic workflow
• Proven good communication skills with excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to coordinates work activities with supervisors/Managers
• Proven good analytical skills and need to be computer literate
• Proven training skills and presentation skills and should have an ability to multi-task
• Basic or intermediate competency in Microsoft excel
• Proven attention to Detail: High accuracy in reviewing and interpreting medical records to ensure precise data migration
• Knowledge of EHR Systems: Familiarity with electronic health record systems and the ability to navigate and extract relevant data efficiently
