\xef\x82\xb7 Assign ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS and ASA codes and modifier as appropriate and abstractpertinent information from patient records.\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in researching and applying coding rules and regulations.\xef\x82\xb7 Ensures optimal reimbursement of all cases in compliance with CMS policies and regulationsand adhere to Official coding guidelines.\xef\x82\xb7 Implements Physician query process when medical records is inadequate, ambiguous, orunclear to assign codes.\xef\x82\xb7 Work as part of a team and achieve the quality and productivity per process standards.\xef\x82\xb7 Observes and reports unusual patterns in clinical documentation at a facility and Physicianspecific levels.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9600,000.00 per monthBenefits:
