• Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate medical camps in various community locations to promote eye health awareness and services provided by Smart Vision Eye Hospital.
• Marketing Campaigns: Develop marketing strategies and promotional materials (brochures, posters, online campaigns) to effectively advertise upcoming medical camps to target audiences in both English and Telugu.
• Community Outreach: Establish partnerships with local organizations, schools, and community centers to expand outreach efforts and maximize attendance at medical camps. Communicate effectively in both English and Telugu to engage diverse community members.
• Patient Engagement: Facilitate patient registration and follow-up processes during medical camps, ensuring a smooth experience for participants and collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
• Performance Evaluation: Track and evaluate the success of medical camp marketing initiatives, including attendance rates and patient conversion metrics, to inform future marketing strategies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in event coordination and marketing, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences in English and Telugu.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for healthcare and promoting community health initiatives.
