About the Role:
Health Orbit is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive customer acquisition. This role is critical in establishing and managing a high-performing team focused on cold calling and lead generation, with the ultimate goal of converting healthcare providers into trial users and paying customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage a team dedicated to cold calling and lead generation
• Develop and implement strategies to convert leads into trial users and paying customers
• Set and achieve sales targets, with a focus on doctor sign-ups and conversions
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve outcomes
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer onboarding and retention
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales and team management, preferably in the healthcare sector
• Strong background in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or healthcare billing services
• Demonstrated success in cold calling and lead generation strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in US time zones

Pay: ?80,601.11 - ?100,430.65 per month
