About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled RCM Manager to lead and oversee the revenue cycle processes for our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless operations, optimize revenue collection, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end revenue cycle processes, including patient registration, billing, coding, claims submission, denial management, and collections.
• Analyze and improve workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
• Lead, train, and mentor the RCM team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Assign tasks and monitor team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, payer guidelines, and HIPAA standards.
• Monitor financial metrics, including Days in Accounts Receivable (AR), claim denial rates, and collection efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce AR days and improve cash flow.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on revenue cycle performance and improvement plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role .
• Proficiency in revenue cycle management software and tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on financial data.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
