:Roles and Responsibilities:

• Video Editing and Post-Production:
• Edit raw video footage into engaging and high-quality videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and advertisements.
• Perform video cuts, transitions, audio mixing, color grading, and effects to enhance video quality.
• Content Creation:
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards for video projects.
• Create promotional videos, advertisements, short films, and other media content as per project requirements.
• Audio-Visual Enhancements:
• Add sound effects, background music, and voiceovers as necessary.
• Ensure proper synchronization of audio and video elements.
• Motion Graphics and Animation:
• Incorporate motion graphics and basic animations to make videos more dynamic and visually appealing.
• Quality Control:
• Review and revise videos based on feedback.
• Ensure videos meet brand standards, project objectives, and technical requirements.
• Trend Monitoring:
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in video editing and content creation.
• Suggest innovative ideas to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of media content.
• File Management and Delivery:
• Organize and manage video assets, ensuring easy access and proper archiving.
• Export final versions in the required formats and deliver them within deadlines.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience:
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in video editing, preferably in the media industry.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Familiarity with audio editing tools like Audacity or Adobe Audition.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools is a plus.
• Creative Skills:
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
• Ability to create compelling content that aligns with brand messaging and audience preferences.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
