Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
• Identify and approach potential clients for media sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Promote media solutions, including advertising spaces, campaigns, and sponsorship opportunities.
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement effective sales strategies.
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
• Provide feedback to improve sales pitches and marketing materials.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports for management review.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with other departments to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.
• Contribute ideas to marketing and promotional campaigns to support sales.
Qualifications:
• Graduate in Mass Communication or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of media sales and advertising concepts.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable with CRM tools.
• Must own a laptop for work purposes.
• Willingness to work in a start-up environment and adapt to dynamic responsibilities.
