We are looking for a Media & PR Manager for an ambitious Project of Government of Maharashtra.Role \xe2\x80\x93 Media & PR ManagerLocation \xe2\x80\x93 ChurchgateAbout the Role & ProjectThe project is statewide initiative to drive employability in the state of Maharashtra. In this initiative government has set a target of providing 10 lakhs internships to the youths who would be paid 6 months stipend through DBT.This role is part of the Project Management Team setup under the project head.Reports to \xe2\x80\x93 State Nodal OfficerRequirementsQualification - MBA from tier-1 institute + Min 5 years of experienceResponsibilities -\xc2\xb7 Develop marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics\xc2\xb7 Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate all public relations activities\xc2\xb7 Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media\xc2\xb7 Manage media inquiries and interview requests\xc2\xb7 Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations\xc2\xb7 Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis\xc2\xb7 Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.\xc2\xb7 Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness\xc2\xb7 Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them
