FunctionProcurementPay BandE4 to M2RoleAs the Media Planning & Audit Partner you will be part of the Procurement function and reporting to SH- Indirect Procurement.
The purpose of your role is:
-Comprehensive assessment of organization\'s media activities & expenditures
-To evaluate their effectiveness, efficiency & alignment with business goals
-Analysing various aspects of media buying & ROI
-Evaluation of media strategies
-Building media vendor relationshipsA purpose driven role for youYour key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
-Managing P2P activities of assigned categories
-Assessing the effectiveness of various media channels, evaluating the set KPIs
-To focus on Reach, Impressions, Engagement, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROI, Brand Awareness, CAC, etc.
-Provide recommendations for improvement & optimization
-Continuously optimize media strategies based on performance data, internal feedback & market trends to improve results over timeA Day in the life-Coordination with various stakeholders - Needs are different
-Negotiations with low APV vendors - control is less
-The goal is to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities & threats in company\'s media effortsAcademic Qualification & Experience-Graduate & MBA (preferred) with core specialization in Marketing, Events Management
- 6 to 10 Years of experience in Marketing / Media BuyingTechnical Skills/Knowledge-Worked in Marketing
-Negotiation Skills
-MS Excel and MS Office
-SAP MM Module transactions
-Expertise in Media Buying & PlanningBehavioural Skills-Strategic orientation
